Nice Apartment Complex

I have been living at Daytona for 4yrs. Nice small complex, office staff is awesome with addressing your request with prompt turnaround time. Great quiet area with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and mall.

Place isnt good

Trash thrown on the ground by the people live there. Trash on the ground by the dumpsters. The noise levels are bad. People do illegal stuff on the porch and pool. Neighbors running stumping and talking loud manager dont do anything. Not a place to live.

AWSOME PLACE TO LIVE

I just recently moved here from out of town and I found the perfect place .Ms. Vencent has been very instrumental in helping me get acquainted to the area and learning where to find everything.I have not had a single maintenance issue in the first year that I have been here. I heard Louisiana is known for bugs and I have not seen one around my property yet. This apartment has truly been my peace and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking in the area.
