Horrible,I ordered some candy straws for my children to have for their snacks however by the time I got an email stating that I finally got my package delivered to my address, however I had recently moved out. I called the office and told the leasing agent that I received an email notification that it was there with a picture verification, so when I come pick it up. She said that the package was received in the office by the new resident and that she brought it to the office. She then put me on... hold to verify it and she came back to the phone and said it was no longer in the managers office. I called UPS, and the online company that I brought it from, and they both said that it was delivered and no one sent it back to them. The leasing agent stated that a lady named Jailen had received it in the office but I don't understand where my package is at. No one knows.....They steal your packages now and clearly the managers don't care because they never called Me back. So if you want to talk to an untrustworthy manager or agent, then go live there. The rent is too high and the apartments need alot of work done to them. Maintenance comes weeks after you put in a maintenance request. The managers are not particularly interested if you need to speak with them about any problems because they never try to correct whatever going on. There have been several times where i would walk through the office door and the leasing manager and whom ever else, would be laughing extremely loud behind a CLOSED OFFICE DOOR. Read More
