The management is terrible and unprofessional. It's apparently managed by just one person, who in fact rude and incompetent. In cases of hurricanes, this location doesn't have a generator, and they leave residents to fend for themselves with no accommodations. It's supposed to be an apartment complex, but it basically ran like an inn with half of the privacy. This is not your average everyday apartment complex. Rent is only accepted in the form of cash, and rent is very expensive compared to the... amenities offered. Residents do not receive traditional keys but instead key cards that expire on the first of the month, so if your rent isn't paid on time, you're automatically locked out of your "apartment" by 5:00. The information displayed here and on their website is completely misleading. If you plan on staying long term and receiving mail, management receives your mail and calls you down to retrieve it as there are no mailboxes, and she looks at your mail definitely. If you have a maintenance or a pest issue, it will barely get handled and definitely not in a timely manner. Management and the owners definitely do not care about the residents. They've also been known to enter your "apartment" without notice and throw away your belongings in order to move someone else in.
