This is a smoke-free property, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $75/hr late fee for checking out late. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], and an additional $100-300 pet fee applies based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
