No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
