It is a great place to live. The maintenance service is really on the top. The apartments are quite well ventilated and alignment of the houses is in a way that gives proper lighting.

There were a lot of changes recently. The laundry card refill machine did not work and they finally replaced it. The cockroach issue seems to be under control, but there is still the smell of the chemicals. Sometimes there were late night parties, especially after final exams or holidays. There was only one elevator working for several months. If you don't mind the sirens, everything else would be okay.

Living here has been a great experience so far. Convenient transportation options, nearby grocery stores, and safe environment make it an ideal place to live, particularly for students. The management is friendly, responsive, and provides prompt service whenever needed. The amenities are good too. I'm especially loving the newly renovated laundry room!
