Worth it.
We’ve all heard the term “luxury apartments,” but most places are far from that. The Smith actually earns it. Amenities at other complexes are often broken, dirty, or barely maintained. Here, they’re consistently clean, fully functioning, and when something does need attention, it’s fixed quickly. It feels like they’re cleaned every single day.
After moving from Chicago to Boston, I was shocked by the higher rent and hesitant to choose a nicer unit. I’m glad I did. It’s been a worthwhile... investment. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, no apartment anywhere will ever be perfect, which is exactly why having a reliable maintenance team matters which they have.
