I have been here a few years now…cannot wait to come home at night, because it is my home….so many have come and gone, goes with the territory…just hope the standards of The Smith do not disappear as I have witnessed at other apartment buildings…Maintenance (Moe) has been superb…Concierge has had a changeover, but I feel there are a few new ones who are coming around…Spring upon us…let’s get ready for a refresh please and thank you! ??

No major changes from last time! The events have been very thoughtful and impressive the past couple months. The building has been great aboug winter weather maintenance (shoveling, salt, cleanliness, etc.)

If you're considering moving to The Smith - don't hesitate! Do it!!! Best decision I've made and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my days here. The amenities; the wonderful staff/concierge; the residents; the view from the roof decks; and even the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate-- AMAZING! I am excited to utilize the roof decks/plunge pool/and grills summer!!! The location is perfect. You really wont regret moving here. Schedule a tour and see for yourself :).
