Poor Management
On January 27, 2026, my car was towed from visitor parking without notice. Property management at One North of Boston assures me that timely notices were sent out but I did not receive an email or a text which they said were sent out multiple times. I have received notices before via email and text so it is strange that I did not receive it this time. For example, I received email and text messages for the fire alarm testing that occurred a few months ago. If there was some sort of mistake or... error with the alert system I would understand but property management staff just brushed me off saying they did everything they needed to do even though I did not receive any such notices. It was very unprofessional that they didn't even want to talk with me or double check that the messages were sent out.
