Her background and education allow her an in-depth knowledge of the unique financing, language, and relocation needs of overseas buyers. She is also a good listener and an expert in creating diversified marketing strategies accordingly for the sellers. Wenjun is a graduate of China's prestigious Tongji University and is fluent in both English and Chinese. Outside the world of real estate, Wenjun is a licensed Professional Engineer, she is serving on the Board of Tongji University Boston Alumni Association, she is also a Tufts Alumni Admission Program Volunteer, and as a field botanist a Plant Conservation Volunteer of New England Wildflower Society in the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program.
