Ongoing rodent problem, extreme dirt and dust from surrounding construction

Ongoing rodent problem, extreme dirt and dust from surrounding construction, laundry machines are rarely if ever cleaned, noise 7 days a week. Management ignores resident complaints and is very difficult to reach.

Good Lofts- Large Building

The building is pretty great, 4 connected blocks with a long courtyard in between the two buildings. Units range from small windowed studio's to duplex's with floor to ceiling windows. In addition, there are units suited to all budgets and requirements. Small, but relatively quiet, gym located in the main building with a large laundry room right next to it. Overall great building, and only a few minutes walk to the Kendall/MIT T Station.
