Prynne Hills

I don’t know who’s doing it, but a lot of my packages have been stolen out of the package room and there’s always trash piled up by the trash compactor. It’s starting to be ridiculous and starting to be an ongoing thing.

Love the place so much , there's two huge gym space ,and 2 clubhouses where you can spend good time with friends and family for any event. In summer time you can enjoy the pools too at this place. They maintained the pools clean .

Great community and awesome amenities.
Well, maintained and animal friendly. Access to highways and many restaurants.
The community offers great work out options to keep in shape.

For the most part I have stayed here because of the location, its convenient to my job, I dislike that many of the resident do not pick up after their dogs, I see them walk away from their buildings to my building to allow their pets to relieve themselves its awful, I also wish that the cameras near the trash receptacle actually worked so people would stop dumping used furniture and everything in between near the actual site, I can see it from my terrace thats why I seldom sit out there. I think... it would be beneficial to post no-smoking signs throughout the complex to deter folks from smoking marijuana on the premises. I am allergic, so it's irritating in many ways. I am starting to see residents leave used furniture in the hallways, now really....... nobody wants anyone's stained used items, it would be lovely if they acted responsibly and took it to a proper waste site in the area Read More

I have been loving Prynne Hills! The community is pretty, very quiet, everyone usually keeps to themselves, friendly staff and maintenance is always quick to respond!
