Overall it's not a bad place, but maintenance takes too long (4 months). The apartments themselves are nice. The neighborhood is in a good location. We are close to everything, while we are not directly in downtown.

The steps at the back of building 6 are rotting and unsafe
I mean does it cost that much for lumber and paint
It’s in horrible shape

And I love how the pool is cleaned and prepped

The water is filthy and never filtered and they walk around pouring in a gallon of pool shock it’s laughable to o say the least
