A floor-to-ceiling field stone fireplace connects the living room with the dining room, which features a table that comfortably seats 6 to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, new stainless-steel gas stove, and refrigerator. Ascend the stairs to find a cozy reading nook on the oversized landing and access to the Breakfast Deck and the expansive roof deck, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the sea breezes.

Bell Buoy is ideally situated just a short stroll from Rockport’s downtown, the Shalin Liu Performance Center, art galleries, Rockport Harbor, and Front Beach. The vibrant downtown offers a treasure trove of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Enjoy a concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, where the back wall of the concert hall is a full wall of glass overlooking Rockport harbor. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
