My apartment flooded multiple times; my daughter couldn't stay with me because of bugs; they include illegal provisions in their lease; they don't care about tenants

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. My apartment was dirty and filthy upon moving in. From my experience, the leasing office staff are very rude.

When I lived here, there were leaks and dripping water in my apartment. After reporting it to the leasing office, my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite multiple attempts to get the issue addressed, the management's response was dismissive. Because of this, I ended up having to report the water leak to the town of Shrewsbury's... Board of Health before the leasing office would do anything about it.

I noticed a persistent smell of cigarette smoke when maintenance would come into my apartment. The whole apartment would smell like cigarettes and I would have to air out the entire apartment after they left.

The unit had a broken water meter when I moved in, which caused my first water bill to be more than $500 which is inaccurate. I reported the issue immediately, but from my experience the response from management was slow and unhelpful. It took multiple attempts with the leasing office to get this addressed. In my opinion, they seemed angry and annoyed every time I inquired about this issue.

This property is at a convenient location close to shopping centers, coffee shops and allows quick access to neighboring towns. The property is very well maintained and the apartment management is very responsive to any questions or service requests. The rents seem to be higher than any other apartment community in town but the property is relatively newer and one of the better ones in town.
