Impatient staff

When we requested a tour, the staff told us there would be a ‘discount’ on the deposit, which was confusing because a deposit discount could imply paying less upfront but also receiving less back when moving out. I asked for a clearer explanation, but the staff member responded in a very annoyed and impatient tone, which made me feel unwelcome and mocked. Based on this experience, I decided not to move here and would advise others to be cautious as well.

NO AC in Summer!!!

Had the misfortune of living in Building 507 for a few years because of work. Between the months of June-August, the building's AC will crap out every other week. HVAC vans are constantly on-site for repairs. And when management says it's "fixed," I restarted the unit only for it to cycle off again after a day or two. When I've asked maintenance crew for an update they say it's a broken pump, not enough coolant, a leak in the building or they simply don't know.

507 is running on fumes.

No pool

Don’t expect a pool. Supposedly t open last year. They haven’t requested a permit yet for this year. Neighbors are quiet and friendly though………..

We sincerely apologize for the delay in opening the pool this season. At this time, we are still awaiting final approval from the City before we can officially open the facility. Please know that we are working diligently with local officials and... vendors, doing everything we can to expedite the process.

Superb Property

Looking for an apartment for med school - excellent property just a stone's throw from Umass Chan. Multiple layouts from which to choose, great facilities management, lots of amenities and close to great shopping in Shrewsbury - very good value for the money. View from the location is lovely - my unit is looking out over a treeline with a golf course behind - i can also see mountains in the distance. Very quiet - seems to be mostly professionals/students - great for studying. Just signed the... lease - the entire process was very smooth and the management team was super supportive along the way. Looking forward to being part of the community.

Beautiful and Modern Apartments

Wonderful community nestled in Worcester and close to Shrewsbury. You can't ask for a better location! These apartments are absolutely beautiful and they offer so many wonderful amenities and activities. The management company is excellent and everyone who works there is so friendly. I really enjoy living here! I would recommend Audubon Plantation Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and friendly place to call home! Mrs Sadu
