Looking for an apartment for med school - excellent property just a stone's throw from Umass Chan. Multiple layouts from which to choose, great facilities management, lots of amenities and close to great shopping in Shrewsbury - very good value for the money. View from the location is lovely - my unit is looking out over a treeline with a golf course behind - i can also see mountains in the distance. Wonderful community nestled in Worcester and close to Shrewsbury. You can't ask for a better location! These apartments are absolutely beautiful and they offer so many wonderful amenities and activities. The management company is excellent and everyone who works there is so friendly. when we renew the new lease they will charge you very high rent fee more than 500 hundred a month!! And when you tell them you are going to move out but without sign anything they will charge you for not notice them two month in advance.
During the living period, the water turned rusty, and that happened twice in a week! The management team will ask you to run out of the water for half day and we pay the water bill.

I have lived here for over 4 years and I am proud to call Plantation Ridge home.
First off, you can't beat the Management team. Michelle and Robert always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and happy in my apartment. The maintenance staff is exceptional. I love that they are available, friendly, and great at what they do. If I ever need help with anything, they respond right away.
The apartment complex itself is fantastic- quiet but close to everything. The building and grounds... are top notch and always clean. My apartment is a good size and having my own washer and dryer is a plus. The convenience of having a 24 hour fitness center right at home is a definite benefit. In the warm weather I enjoy my balcony or the beautiful pool area and grills. In the winter months, the convenience of having my car tucked away in a garage is the best.
I can't say enough good things about this place. After visiting every apartment complex in the area, I know I made the right choice. The comfort and safety I have here truly makes me feel like I'm living in a luxury hotel. Read More

I have been a resident of Plantation Ridge for Three months now. My apartment home is well appointed and the grounds are breathtaking. The staff in the leasing off are fantastic, all issues are handle fast. I love calling Audubon Plantation Ridge Home.
