Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. Guests must vacate the unit and return all issued keys or access devices by the agreed check-out time. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item. Do not attempt to enter the building or unit before completing guest verification and receiving check-in confirmation. Failure to complete check-in procedures may result in denied entry or cancellation without refund. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but advance notice will always be provided whenever possible. City or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water or elevator servicing may occasionally occur; these events are outside our control and do not qualify for compensation. Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in. Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
