I enjoy living in this community. The location is one of its biggest strengths, as it's incredibly walkable and convenient. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the property is, and the amenities are a great benefit.
That said, over the past three years I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of the management team. Unfortunately, with each change in staff, my experience has become less positive. Whenever I need assistance, I often feel like I'm treated as an inconvenience... rather than just a resident seeking out answers. It's disappointing because when I first moved here, the leasing office was consistently welcoming, responsive, and kind. Now, I actively avoid reaching out for help unless it's absolutely necessary, which is a real shame given how positive my experience used to be. Read More

Good amenities. The gym and pool are a decent size. Location is good distance from Fells with restaurants nearby. Noisy when dirt bikes pass by. Packaging system recently down and staff not always at the front desk which made it difficult to get packages in a timely manner at times.

Everything is perfect. The room view is breathtaking. Inside is new and clean. The building is very quiet at bed time. It’s pet friendly and my cat loves it from day 1.

Rooms and amenities are nice, elevators never work and sometimes you are stuck waiting for 5-6 minutes as they go up and down the building. Would moderately recommend.
