Would not suggest anyone live here
I have experienced a mouse issue here , there are Rats by the dumpsters, currently experiencing a Severe roach infestation that has been going on for months. Even in the midst of exterminations, the problem will not stop. A fellow resident warned me of all of this before I moved in, and everything they said was true. The property management company, like the actual LLC, is very negligent, non-cooperative, and money hungry and unwilling to get to the root of the issue but would rather patch... things over and expect people to bear with it while paying market rent. I wish that I had made a better decision, this is by far the worst places I have ever resided, I do not feel like the company cares about the people that live here.

Mice and bugs everywhere. Property managers don’t answer the phone, barely any maintenance here. Takes weeks to months to get service done on your apartment. Everything that looks good isn’t good
