This property is kept up very well
Units are u nice
Bldgs/ laundry are kept clean
Quiet most of the time
It's a good choice.
Better than all the other properties for 10 mile radius.
Utities cost are not bad
Very reasonable.
Parking is great/ free

I have lived here for 4years and the property has gone done tremendously. The property was sold to Signature Property and it hasn’t been the same since.

This property is great. I just moved in 2 months ago and have to say I am impressed so far. The grounds are always kept up and hallway of the buildings are kept clean as well. It is quiet for the most part not many people hanging around. The office staff is great, Stephanie the manager is very professional and nice, she made things go so smoothly on move in day. Even though we are going through this pandemic, I still moved an without any problems. I told a friend to apply and move here, as well.

Dunhill Village Apartments are a pleasant place to live; quiet, clean common grounds, updated appliances, spacious rooms, and safe. To be frank, this community is a gem, a hidden treasure.....

Hey, i am a current resident. This is a very quiet community. Everyone is nice and friendly. The maintenance is awesome ,I had two problems with my apartment so far and they were taken care of immediately . I love my landlord , she is as sweet as she can be . I haven't been living here that long , maybe only 4 months , but I have no complaints at all.
