Love the location of the Metropolitan. Can't be beat for shopping and transportation.

The Metropolitan building is not trendy like the new buildings in downtown Bethesda, but it is solid and comfortable.

Would love it if there were more communication channels for the residents about updates and changes to the building. Inquiring minds want to know!

Here is just one example of the excellent experience I have at the Metropolitan Apartments...my bedroom closet shelves collapsed one day. I called at about noon to request a maintenance visit. LIterally by the same time the next day, the kind, professional and lovely maintenance ellow had it back to perfect. I love living here.

In my year long resident experience l have been pleasantly impressed by the whole living experience. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, maintenance crew is always prompt and professional, residents are always informed by every activity and changes in the daily routine. Plus, l am also a part of the Facebook community and are constantly entertained and informed on community notices, holidays, events and bargains. In addition, the safety and wellbeing of the residents is an important... priority that gives the residents peace of mind as we go about our daily lives and activities. Bravo to the management team for a job well done.

Great staff, both friendly and helpful. Superb location to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Building and amenities are a bit dated and worn, but still very comfortable. Wish administration was more open and forthcoming with remodeling and renovation plans and dates.
