The community, leasing staff, and concierge staff members are all so kind, caring, and thoughtful. Having just moved in, I feel like I am joining a real community where people already seem to care about me and want to make sure that I’m okay. So far, I love it here! But take this review with a grain of salt; I only just moved in.

I've been a resident at the Metropolitan Apartments for more than 2 years. I'm as thrilled now as I was the day I moved in. It's a perfect location and the staff is fabulous - so kind, helpful and friendly. Maintenance for the minor issues I've had with my apartment has been instantaneous and quick. It's a very well maintained building and I am loving the neighborhood, especially the Metro which is 1 block away.

I really enjoy living at The Metropolitan. The location is fantastic with its access to the Metro, shopping, restaurants, bike trails, the Bethesda Farmers Market, and more. And the staff is so kind, professional, and very responsive to any tenant needs.
