How Is This Rating Determined?

Leasing office will mislead you.

Call the office and check the most recent updated info right before your visit. If not, leasing office lady will say “Oh, it just went out this morning, I was trying to send you an email 30 min ago, but I didn’t because it is such a short notice. Instead, we have a different unit that you don’t like.”

I’ve had this happen twice now with no attempt from her to reach out ahead of time. So we basically just wasted our time.

She will do not come out from her office and wont really greet you.... Basically it seems like she just wants you to go.

I hope you guys can save up your time and fuel with this tip.

Bell Columbia

I loved the properties' photos online. I fell COMPLETELY IN LOVE with the property once I saw it. The apartments layout was perfect for my family's needs. The overall look of the property and upkeep was beautiful. The leasing office staff (Katelyn) was sweet, pleasant, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable of all my inquiries and very inviting. She made me feel at home. I loved it. I pray that my application is approved as this is the ideal surroundings and home feeling I've prayed for for... my family. Beautiful, serene and the neighbors were extremely polite.
