Positive Changes Under New Management
The previous management especially the manager and front desk team were not very friendly or helpful. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional.
However, there is now new management in place, and the experience has improved significantly. The new manager and team are much nicer, more responsive, and professional. Communication has become clearer and more respectful, which makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
Previously, I experienced several concerns that were... not resolved at the time, including smoking issues, a missing package from the package room, and frequent billing errors that required repeated corrections. These ongoing issues made the experience frustrating, and my earlier stay was disappointing.
Currently, the new management team appears to be making positive changes. Interactions are much more pleasant now, and I feel safer than before.
Overall, while there were challenges in the past, I do see clear improvement under the new management.
