We’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always polite and helpful. Our unit is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s been a great place to call home.

I have lived here for 2 years now. Really nice place to live. The staff in the office are great and so are the maintenance guys. Just two complaints that needs to be addressed. The company that takes care of the grounds have been slacking off lately. If you go for a walk, there are broken tree branches all over the place. I usually pick them up and throw them on the grass so other people do not trip over them. Second is the garbage, despite numerous emails and texts about the garbage from... management, some tenants just ignore them and keep putting their garbage outside their doors without putting in a trash bin and then the hallways smell and get stains on the concrete from liquids spilling in the bags. People are not considerate of the rules or their neighbors. Other than those two issues, this is a really nice place to live.

Community is family friendly and quiet. You hardly hear any noise on the community even when children are playing outside. Neighbors are friendly.

The apartment started off with several items being broken, dated, or difficult to use. It took several days to get a toilet repaired, so I have not placed a ticket for the other items in the apartment to receive attention, but I plan to in the future. The ticket I did open was not updated, which resulted in maintenance showing up twice unexpectedly. The residence team at the front office seems nice, however.
