Things have been great so far. The move in experience was smooth, and maintenance was easy to work with. There was a little bit of a mix-up with when I'd be moving in, but it was no big deal.

So far so good. I love how it’s nice and quiet food spots are close and Columbia mall is close by. Staff are very helpful whenever I go in for questions. And one of my favorite is the gym is open 24/7

Classic management company woes

The property and location are fine. The issues of course come from management cutting corners. Lack of preventative maintenance, yes. What's grinding my gears in particular is that we have been charged a "damage waiver fee" for over a year now despite having renter's insurance without lapse. We've visited the office, talked on the phone, emailed about it, followed every instruction, sent our proof of insurance over a dozen times. They never stop charging us this fee. I feel gaslighted but I... think they're just happy to take free money when people can't do anything about it.
