Pros: Two of the staff members at the leasing office are awesome .One is the leasing office manager. And the other is a leasing consultant; both are truly professional kind / awesome. The maintenance department are respectful professional and get the job done! The community is extremely quiet outside of hearing nature and children playing from time to time. The community is kept clean in all of the common areas.

Con: Unfortunately there are inconsiderate/ trifling dog owners. Who/whom, do not... know how to pick up behind their fur babies. Knowing there are plenty of designated poo poo bags and trash cans, all around the community. To take, pick up, wrap up, to placed in the trash can all around the community. A side note: I don't respect for the trash collector "company" who's under contract, with management. Trash pick up days are Sunday through Thursday's, no holidays. My issue with the contractor trash collectors, one individual doesn't know how to mind the business that pays him. Not respected by others, due to unprofessionalism and other reasons I was informed after sharing my complaints.

La comunidad se ve muy tranquila lo malo es q no le dan mantenimiento a los edificios por lo menos en donde yo vivo que es el 6791 está súper feo deteriorado la caja de donde se reciben los correos están cayéndose del óxido no le dan mantenimiento a nada por lo q veo

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have not had any major issues. The only thing is all the water main breaks that have occurred here and then the sidewalks and blacktop not being repaired quickly afterwards.

I’ve enjoyed my time in the community thus far and appreciate the ongoing customer service experience as an existing resident now from my leasing consultant Cydni. she checks in when we receive mail in the office, has helped resolve maintenance requests and is a friendly face in the neighborhood whenever I see her on our walks with the dog.
