"I had a truly positive experience with the lease application process at Chatham Gardens Apartments. From the online steps, to phone calls, and finally meeting in person with Ademola in Ellicott City, MD, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Coming from another state to find an apartment is never easy, but I was lucky to meet the wonderful staff. Ademola and Marlene. They were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. Every step was clearly... communicated, and their supportive approach made the process smooth and stress-free. It was refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about creating a great experience for people like me and for future residents!"

Dont dare to come here. the worst, dishonest management.

they just cant fulfil some very basic maintenance requests, have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Mices & roaches are everywhere and mostly dirty water leakage from upstairs bathrooms and takes months to fix them. and recently around 25 Honda cars safety airbags were stolen from this completely insecure community. Thats it. Please dont come here.

service is bad

I reported many times about the loudly noisy from upstairs during midnight, but they didn't response for very long time. Later on, the only thing they did is inform the upstairs keep quite during 10:00pm-7:00am. But the midnight noisy is still there, never stop, they gave me many excuses that they don't want to do anything to reduce the noisy.
The service manager is very very rude and bad attitude, he doesn't listen to my request but complain this and that. He even threat me that he will leave... and do nothing. It was horrible experience.
I want to give 0 star if I can.
