It's an excellent and great experience since Allan and Vianka do a great job by assisting to whatever need they have and besides this, their approach is the best! I've never experienced something like this, so I appreciate the team you have, give them a raise!! The facilities team is awesome too

Poor management, bed bugs, trashy hallways & laundry rooms building deter

Place is disgusting!! Roach/ bed bugs infestation! Poor management that doesn’t care about representing their work environment because they probably live in FILTH at their own house. All management team Smells like bad odor like NONE of them like taking showers. Maintenance people steal otems out your apartment.. and they all look like criminal so they you have it. Maintenance don’t even do they’re work.

Apartments are a mess to live and also very bad service of the office and neighbors are people who do not respect the rules and when you talk to the office about the bad things there, they only make excuses and do not fix anything the apartments are in bad condition. And they are also very dirty.

Throughout the many years being here...for the most part it has been accommodating. Maintenance has been pretty prompt. The neighborhood has had its ups and downs but overall I have felt fairly secure as a single woman. I will say that living in a apartment with a boiler system has definitely helped economically over the years also. I have referred a few people here which says something about this complex. I give it 4 stars.
