Kaiser Park is a great place to live. The office staff is outstanding. They have great customer service and they are very friendly. Great on-site facilities and community events during the year.

In our experience, we like it here for the most part. My gripes are few: the tiny bags of dog poo scattered in front of the building and specifically under the mailboxes, their snow removal wasnt quite adequate, and despite people coming out to clean my air duct, the vent above my couch in the living room STILL PUSHES COLD AIR down on is. I don't even know if it's something that CAN be fixed. Other than that, we love the apartment and the view, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, the... apartments are pretty sound proof so you don't hear your neighbors, and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help.

I’m relocating from New York and visited Maryland back in June to tour five properties in one day—Kaiser Park was my final stop. I was immediately impressed by the thoughtfully planned, family-oriented community. But what truly stood out was Erikah, the leasing agent.
I came prepared with about 15 questions, and she took the time to answer every single one thoroughly. Since that visit, I’ve reached out to her several times, and each time, she has been incredibly patient, polite, and helpful... .
