Kaiser Park

The community itself has been great my first 2 years but it has changed gradually for the worst in the last 2 years.

I have been living at Kaiser Park for seven months now, and I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. Moving here from New York, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew exactly what I needed and what my non-negotiables were in choosing a place to call home.
After researching and touring five different apartment communities, Kaiser Park stood out and checked every box. From the professionalism and responsiveness of Ericka in the leasing department and Monika in management, to the... outstanding work of the maintenance team, Brandon and Yani, every experience has been positive. Their prompt service and genuine care for residents have made a lasting impression.
Equally important is a safe, quiet, and well-maintained environment and this planned community has it all. Kaiser Park is truly a family and pet-friendly community. On any given day, you can see neighbors walking their dogs and children enjoying the playground and or the pool.

Maintenance team are very dependable. Quick reaponse. Very professional, get things done right away, they wont let you wait. Hassle free to live here. Very dependable. Worth the money.

Wow! I had a great customer service experience with Monika, the Assistant Community Manager at Kaiser Park. I have been a resident here for quite some time, and while I could wax poetic about our fantastic maintenance staff, today was a little more personal. Monika is always very helpful and informative and today was no different. She is professional in every sense of the word, but she also brings knowledge and warmth to her conversations. She asks about family and remembers that they are in... college or recently married. She offers information in a "just in case you didn't know" format, and makes sure you understand what is being discussed without being condescending. In my experiences, often times that's rare. Monika is all about the business but you leave her office feeling like that was the most pleasant interaction you've had in a long time. Kudos to Kaiser for finding and hiring that rare gem.
