Steven was so nice. He was so professional and informative. We toured 2 Apartments and the closets were huge.

We’ve lived here for several years, and are very happy to call Plumtree home. The complex is conveniently located, our building is quiet, peaceful and feels safe, and our apartment has plenty of storage space. The biggest selling point, though, is the Plumtree staff – everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly, responsive, and professional. Virginia and Vanessa are terrific – they always answer questions/address any concerns quickly and professionally. The maintenance team is also... wonderful – each one is professional and just as nice as can be. Maintenance requests are always handled VERY promptly. We also notice and appreciate how much the staff does to keep the common areas looking nice/upkept – they are always doing projects like cleaning carpet in the common areas, repaving the parking lot, and cleaning awnings. I have truly enjoyed living here. This place is absolutely a hidden gem!! So it’s a risk to write a positive review but the people that manage this place and keep this place running deserve praise and recognition!!

The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful, making it a peaceful place to call home. The grounds are always beautifully maintained and kept clean, which really shows the pride the community takes in the property. The management team, Virginia and Vanessa... are professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Just two months in, pest problem, disposal brook 3 times and they won't replace it, toilet clogged and it took them 3 days to fix it, bathtub faucet broken and they hasn't fixed it after 8 days of my first call (can you imagine 8 days no shower?!! maybe they can). The maintenance supervisor came to my apartment and said it will be fixed tomorrow and he lied because after 3 days from his promise still not fixed.

When searching for an apartment you want people to make you feel invited. From day one I had to run around with this complex. They scheduled showings and no one came or even called to cancel. When you respond to their emails they don’t get back. Why send out emails? You apply they don’t get back to you and you have to call. I’m not understanding why it’s so much back in forth when I’m trying to give you money. This concerns me about what it would be like to live here and get in contact about any... issue. Read More
