ROACHES EVERYWHERE
We are very clean people and I am so surprised to see such an infestation with the amount of rent we pay! They do nothing to fix this problem, just go your another apartment and save yourself the headache!!!

Great place to live
Living at Streamside has been an absolute delight! The spacious floor plans, greate location, make it the perfect place! The leasing team is amazing, friendly and willing to assist, making the living experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!

Good Overall
They do a great job of keeping the buildings and surrounding areas clean. Never had a problem with bugs or rodents. And maintenance generally does a good job of responding to requests. The only issue is that once or twice I've come home from work and realized that there was someone in my apartment without them notifying me. They also do pest control twice a year that requires you to clear all your countertops and cabinets, and they usually only give you a day or two notice.

please read. do not waste your money.
This place is disgusting. There has been a roach outbreak , and I have contacted maintenance and the office and they haven’t done anything about it. They say they’re pet friendly but they sent me a letter saying to calm my dog down, mind you my dog is a 6 pound yorkie. I was walking my dog and my dog was barking at a squirrel , which is a typical dog behavior. My car has been keyed , I reported to the office and they didn’t do anything about it. The office/maintenance change the locks to the... laundry room and DO NOT inform anyone. This place has been the worst place I’ve ever lived at. The people at the office are rude and make snarky comments. I believe there might be only one lady at the office who is helpful(Josephine).
