The best place to live!

Great place to live! Lovely and spacious apartments, terrific maintenance, team, beautiful pool, and lovely events for people to get to know each other. And of course, walking distance to everything you could possibly need!The management team is the best. They always creates terrific events for the residents. Bozzutto and the Courts of Devon Rating

We have lived here for several years and during this last storm with the ice and snow we can say the Courts of Devon has gone the extra mile to jeep everyone safe.

They equipt everyone with extra salt capabilities, provided awareness as the storm got worse in case the extremeities got severe and clear instructions on how they would be there to support tennants with any issues that might arise.

They also adjusted hours and provided safety to the maintenance staff as they always do a great job... to keep things clear and fixed.

They do such a great job that it makes you feel sorry for the neighbors shoveling out of their townhouses.

Friendly helpful management. Exceptional maintenance department. Great location close to restaurants, movie theater, lakes, etc. wonderful places to walk dogs. Apartments are relatively quiet.

My husband, Larry, and I, and our dog Sadie, moved to the Courts Of Devon just over three months ago. We couldn’t be happier! We love our apartment and the patio. I can enjoy having flowers and plants and Sadie can enjoy sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and rabbits go by! We have absolutely lovely neighbors. And the neighborhood itself is so walkable and beautiful . Everything you need right at your fingertips! The maintenance staff are so helpful and... responsive. And we love the gym and the pool. We look forward to many happy memories in our new home and neighborhood.
