Friendly helpful management. Exceptional maintenance department. Great location close to restaurants, movie theater, lakes, etc. wonderful places to walk dogs. Apartments are relatively quiet.

My husband, Larry, and I, and our dog Sadie, moved to the Courts Of Devon just over three months ago. We couldn’t be happier! We love our apartment and the patio. I can enjoy having flowers and plants and Sadie can enjoy sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and rabbits go by! We have absolutely lovely neighbors. And the neighborhood itself is so walkable and beautiful . Everything you need right at your fingertips! The maintenance staff are so helpful and... responsive. And we love the gym and the pool. We look forward to many happy memories in our new home and neighborhood.

We are delighted with our apartment. The location is ideal. Parking is always available. Our experience with maintenance has been exceptional. The men responded almost immediately. They are courageous and knowledgeable.
