Avana Northlake

I've lived here for 13 years and the changes I've seen have been both good and bad,Good in regards to making this a no smoking community,and most recently, adding on-site security.The bad depends on the luck of the draw in regards to what kind of neighbor you get. I have had horrible neighbors and I've had good neighbors and everything in between. Virtually every single leasing office management team has been great and this one has been exceptional.

Overall I think Avana Northlake is great! For the past 2 years that I have lived here I haven't ever experienced a rodent or cockroach issue. The community is well kept and I do have to say the Property Manager Andy and Leasing Agent Julianna do an amazing job with being so responsive. They have helped me with noise complaints and have provided various options to resolve the issue I've been dealing with. I don't really have any complaints about Avana Northlake. I've lived here for two years and I'm very happy. I haven't had a single problem. It's a wonderful place to live. It's very safe and the neighbors are very friendly.

I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team! They always do a wonderful job and consistently get work done quickly—often within just a few hours of the request. They’re friendly, professional, and always make sure to clean up after themselves.
A special shoutout to the carpet cleaners as well. They’re incredibly friendly and do an excellent job
