My experience has been good so far. The maintenance is prompt and leasing staff has been helpful. My only gripe are some of the individuals that throw trash in the parking lots and have the units smelling like smoke sometimes.

It's been a pleasant experience so far. No major complaints or concerns. Every time I've contacted the office, they've been helpful. I don't feel rushed or unheard if an issue is presented to them. Thank you. Please keep up with the positive Resident-Agent communication. It definitely makes a world of a difference when we feel seen and heard vs feeling like we're being rushed or bothersome. Living at Renew White Marsh has been a great experience. The community is nice and quiet, which makes it a peaceful place to come home to. The staff has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. I really appreciate how welcoming and supportive they are. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live!
