The place is wonderful, safe, and beautiful, the services are excellent, and all the staff in the office are very helpful. I loved this place and I recommend it to all families. Plus, there's a special offer: two months free when you sign the lease!

Better than before. The peace is amazing except for some really loud neighbors that may be annoying. Many residents leave dog poops on lawn but management try to stay ontop of it but some people are just disgusting

Like any apartment community, there are occasional issues, but that’s to be expected anywhere. What matters is that management makes a genuine effort to address concerns and resolve problems in a timely manner, which I appreciate.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at ReNew White Marsh! The staff and maintenance team have been very helpful. Move in was simple and I've had few issues since, all of which have been resolved quickly.
