The management don’t care about their tenants. The utilities are exaggerated, the price they charge for a two bedroom apartment , is way beyond a 3 bedroom townhouse behind us.

After being here for a few years there has definitely been improvements with the leasing staff. When you walk into the office you get the feel of residence service, community and professionalism. Communication is great and resident engagement activities are frequent.

It has been overall a pretty good experience. Lots of water outages and issues which have kind of been really difficult. But maintenance is very friendly and personable and the buildings are well maintained for the most part.
