I have to say Renew Nottingham has been a great place to live. Been here for some time, I have nothing but positive experiences with the Admin Staff and Maintenance. Plan on renewing my lease. Thank you for providing and safe and positive place to live.

Every thing is good about resident experience and some extra materials needs in fitness room and also at last maintenance team they are not come in time while we need emergency .

The community is charming. It is a park like setting with nice landscaping and many areas to walk and enjoy the outdoors. It is very welcoming.

The staff were all hopeful and nice . The community is clean . It’s nice to walk around to get your steps in . My apartment was clean and ready for me to move in right away .

Apartment and community is pretty good so far. I don’t really like that my building doesn’t have a laundry room and I have to go next door to wash clothes clothes, which is going to be a pain during the colder months but overall I like my new apartment.
