Everything about this complex rocks! The staff are great and very responsive. The facilities are top notch. Location can't be beat, I would describe it as city living with small town charm.

It is really a community here at VP. The front desk staff is very friendly. The maintenance worker is always timely and efficient. The pool and views are stunning. Its right next to the metro. It has everything we need and weve happily lived here for 4 years.

Despite my issues, I do still think Verde Pointe is a good place to live in Arlington. The building is well-kept for the most part, the apartments themselves are in good order, the amenity spaces are impressive (despite some improvements that I think could be made), and the staff and community have been kind and welcoming in the time I've been a resident.
