Morningside Apartments and Townhomes

I am highly disappointed in this apt complex. I moved into my apt in March & I’ve been dealing with MICE since then. It’s July & whatever exterminator & pest control is doing is NOT working. It’s hard for me to sleep at night because I know it’s mice in here. I’ve had my apt serviced for a seek & sealed so many times & still mice manage to enter my apt complex. I don’t like it here. I don’t even want to have company because of it. It’s uncomfortable, trifling, & embarrassing. I plan to move as... soon as my lease is up, I might even break my lease & take them to court to be honest with you. This is no way to live. Please dont be fooled buy the cost of the cheap rent. My apartment is infested with roaches and mice since I moved in. I call the rental office and they send in someone to spray the apartment and it does absolutely nothing. My apartment has been treated for mice and roaches 6 times. Please stay away. This place is disgusting and not a place to call home!

Roaches,rats,lack of communication, unprofessionalism,short staffed constantly.

Property manager is disrespectful and arrogant.

Roaches and spiders and other bugs everywhere!! I’ve changed units within the first month due to roaches, and it made no difference. If you want to keep your sanity, don’t move here! The rating on here is 100%false.

Gun Violence in our parking lot. Unsolved shootings, gunmen at large.
Mold, Mildew in the community laundry room which you have to pay per load. be careful going to the laundry mat across the street because there are Stabbings there. Management does not care about residents. Amenities advertised are not actually available for use. Not the gym, not the theatre and last summer not the pool. We paid a fee for these amenities and expected for them to be available.
