Roaches and spiders and other bugs everywhere!! I’ve changed units within the first month due to roaches, and it made no difference. If you want to keep your sanity, don’t move here! The rating on here is 100%false.

Gun Violence in our parking lot. Unsolved shootings, gunmen at large.
Mold, Mildew in the community laundry room which you have to pay per load. be careful going to the laundry mat across the street because there are Stabbings there. Management does not care about residents. Amenities advertised are not actually available for use. Not the gym, not the theatre and last summer not the pool. We paid a fee for these amenities and expected for them to be available.

Do not expect maintenance or the leasing office to show sympathy or answer your concerns in a timely manner. If the buying process for a home was slightly easier. I would have left a long time ago. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to call a place home.
If I would give this place negative 5 out 5 rates I would.

Maintenance does not attend to emergencies in a timely manner. Inactive pole lights stay lying on the ground for months. There is no light in the parking lots. No one answers the phone in the office. Methods of rent payment are limited. The property has been sold twice in the past two years.

Please dont move here not worth it !!! I could write you a whole statement but deff not worth it ! Laundr always damage , infested and they never listen to the people …they be lying about the reviews deleting the bad ones …
