Dealing with a HORRID mice infestation issue and exterminator is being sent out but nothing is helping. It’s so bad you can hear them crawling in the walls at night and when you wake up in the morning are all in your children’s bed, the couch, along the baseboards, the kitchen, etc. Leasing doesn’t seem to care or offer any type of discount on the ridiculous rent. I’d stay here and renew my lease if it wasn’t for this issue. It’s just not justifiable. I cannot wait to get out.

Living here at ReNew Parkville has been nice, the community is quiet and safe I can say that I really like it here. You are pretty close to a lot of stores and you have Giant, Shop Rite grocery store just a couple miles away. The noise a bait is very quiet the people are friendly and nice, the only draw back that I dont like is the pet owners I would wish they would follow the pets rules and pick up after their pets. They have the trash bag bins for the pets all around the complex so I dont... think it is that hard to grab a bag and put your dog poop in and then dump in the pet dumpster.

Rent is decent price. Close to a lot of things. Sketchy people in the parking lot at night sometimes, sitting in their car blasting music or car lights shining into apartment.

Well I been offered to get my carpet cleaned no one contacted me about this I was told that my unit would be upgrading having been done but my rent keep going up for the price that I'm paying it should be fabulous they offer you a upgrade for 500 but it do not go towards anything the machine in the laundry room is always leaking water always one working I never had this problem before

Grea community for the price. Staff is friendly. Wish there was some sort of community groupchat. Also there’s reoccurring mice. Great access to lots of local stores.
