Creekstone Village Apartments

The Creekstone (or as most of us call it, the "Crapstone") I've lived here in the designer collection for over 4 years now, and it is honestly wild how far this place has gone downhill. If you're seriously considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look at what day-to-day life is actually like. This so-called designer collection is anything but designer or luxury—it's honestly closer to Section 8 housing.

Package theft is constant, and deliveries get stolen all the time. Management is... fully aware of this issue, yet they completely refuse to correct it or put up security cameras. Instead, whenever someone complains, they just wash their hands of it and blame Amazon or the delivery drivers. You have zero peace of mind—honestly, just ship your stuff to your office or a friend's place if you value your belongings.

The elevators break down constantly, which is a massive headache and a huge issue for anyone with accessibility needs. When they are working, you'll frequently walk into dog waste left sitting right there on the floor, paired with a constant, lingering smell in the elevator that does not go away. It will often sit there for over 24 hours because nobody is cleaning the common areas.

Massive tenant turnover has created a revolving door for vacancy. On my floor alone, 8 different households packed up and left in the last 3 months. I'm literally just counting down the days until my lease is up so I can escape this complex. The only people living here did not do their research before seeing the poor Google reviews and are now stuck here for the year, but move out after a year, creating a constant revolving door turnover of vacancy.

The office staff is a joke, and dealing with them is exhausting. Angie is totally unhelpful and has literally hung up on me mid-sentence multiple times. As for Property Manager Aklile, she is hard to get a hold of, leaves emails unanswered, and does not return phone calls or voicemails. Meanwhile, the property manager leaves generic, copy-paste replies on Google reviews telling people to contact her, but good luck with that—she consistently ignores emails. She has been completely unprofessional in my sparse direct interactions. I’m sure she will respond to this review with some fake response, but don’t bother—there is no conversation to be had until she is removed from her position.

Just came back from 10 days in Cancun to find our apartment infested with thousands of roaches. Prior to leaving, we made sure the apartment was fully vacuumed, trash removed, and surfaces cleaned so we could return to a clean apartment. The roach infestation is completely unacceptable when you pay this much for a luxury apartment. My wife and I have no joke spent 6 hours killing at least 200+ roaches. We called in to get this issue resolved and the Creekstone management we spoke with down... played the issue and said the pest people will come in 8 days. She didn't call the pest guy and they said 8 days, she just said the pest guy comes to all apartments in 8 days. I guess roaches infesting the apartment isn't a priority here. The apartments are very beautiful. Everything from the landscaping, the dog park, the pool and other communal areas is maintained. The only minor complaint would be the parking situation. However, we have been assured that management is looking into fixing that problem. The staff at the leasing office are extremely friendly and try to help in every way possible.

A beautiful, peaceful, and new community. Amenities are great… Clubhouse, pool, computer room, gym, conference room, etc.

Close to major highways, restaurants, stores, etc.

What can I say? My apartment is the best! Top quality everything! Buzzuto continues to deliver, and is right in line with my taste and quality requirements. Dont get me started on the benefits of their "Smart Rent!" program. No cookie cutter apartments here! Each model has unique designs and all deliver a different "WOW" factor! Granite, hard wood, soaking tub, gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer, french doors, high end finishes, and more!! No property in a 50mile radius delivers what I... have for a comparable price.
