Mice problem I appreciate the space, but I have been experiencing a significant mouse infestation since June 2025. Exterminators are dispatched twice weekly, though I am unclear why they retain a key to my unit, as the locks have not been changed. This situation is particularly challenging given the recent loss of my son. Despite my efforts to maintain cleanliness, the recurring presence of mouse droppings is deeply distressing. These residences have the potential to be true homes. Furthermore,... I have also encountered bees indoors. While reporting these issues does result in personnel being sent, the underlying problems persist.

The Villages Love this neighborhood, love how the villages present activities for the kids and family almost monthly. Maintenince answer ad quickly as possible. The leasing office staff are nice professional.
