House tour/ application Fergie was an amazing person. I loved her personality and how nice she was! Definitely having the tour with her made me comfortable and want to move in!

Terrible move in House was not and still is not ready. Would love to speak with an owner/management about several items that still need to be corrected, fixed or updated. Was told to pick up keys at 12pm on Friday and it was after 6 before I was able to move in, even after picking up keys at 3pm. House was not cleaned, front door and paneling is filthy and still is after asking for it to be cleaned. Shower heads broken, not working. No hot water but called emergency maintenance and it was... corrected. Keys not properly working for storage door. Requested reserved parking but told it was on hold via email, only to find out that it is not on hold. So many other issues but can discuss so they can be corrected.

Fergie was awesome I loved the apartment tour and I love Ayeshiea(Fergie) I will be do an application by the end of next month!!!!!

I was supposed to move in June 30, but they switched the unit at last minute without a heads up. I’ve tried to reach out to see if anything else available; called twice, emailed twice. NO RESPONSE. Just terrible communication.
