Welcome to this charming Rocky Beach 1-bedroom cottage with a loft, nestled along the serene Sebago Lake shorefront. This rustic retreat offers a cozy first-floor bedroom and an open sleeping area on the second floor with three double beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the deck, and unwind by the firepit at the shore. Please note that the dock in the pictures does not belong to this property, and parking is limited to two cars only.
This waterfront cottage features a small sandy beach, perfect for swimming, with large rocks adorning one side of the frontage. The level lot provides easy access to the lake, although there is no dock or mooring available. The cottage is equipped with a gas grill and a microwave for your convenience, but please bring your own drinking water as the water source is from the lake. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office.
