Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any home, with a $1,000 additional cleaning and remediation fee for any evidence of smoking, vaping, or related odors. Cannabis use is permitted outdoors only. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-out is not available. Guests are asked to wash and put away any dishes used, place all trash in designated bins, and leave beds unmade upon departure. Wi-Fi service may occasionally be unreliable due to the property's Lake Huron location. Three Anchorage Wi-Fi networks are available throughout the property.
