Air conditioning stop working Maintenance came and provided me with a portable Air Conditioner within a couple of hours. Apologize for the inconvenience and stated a new unit has been ordered. Great customer service

Repairs We put in a work order for a new bathroom exhaust/vent fan and a new lint trap for the dryer.
My husband came home and the young gentleman was just furnishing up…quiet and polite is how my husband described him and now we having a working bathroom vent and new lint trap ????
