Move in The apartment was not cleaned or not cleaned well. There were hairs in the bathroom tub and the bathroom vanity drawer. The carpet was not vacuumed as our vacuum sucked up a bunch of screws. Disappointed that we had to clean before we could concentrate on moving in and getting settled in.

We had ants, now we don’t some little ants were coming in through a crack by the sliding glass door, a younger fellow, I can’t remember his name, came and sealed it up. he said “hi” to the nosy cat and now there are no more ants. Hooray !!

Garbage disposal reset. Now I know where the button is, I can do it myself. Also your great maintenance man showed me how to tighten the screws on the toilet seat.
