Closed Prematurely Asked for a review for a maintenance request that is not completed, yet the maintenance staff marked it closed. I realize someone is being assessed based on closure rates, but this is simply padding the numbers.

Maintenance completed by Eric E.

This was a follow up to my original maintenance request which Eric E completed and did a great job! He was polite, respectful, and took care of issues. Everything was completely perfectly. I truly appreciate all the work he did. My apartment is is wonderful.
