Property maintenance The outside maintenance crew always keep the lawn and landscaping trimmed and debris free. And, in winter they always keep the sidewalks clear and salted for safety as well as all the drives. Kudos for all those outside maintenance crews.

Amazing maintenance people This is the only complex I have lived in that maintenance people are always knowledgeable, courteous, and always in a good mood. The grounds are impeccable, as well as the entry ways. Best apartment complex !!!!

Maintenance Review I appreciate the kindness of the maintenance team as well as their professionlism. I have experienced 2 issues in the past, one with flooding and the other with my refrigerator where the coil needed to be cleaned. In both cases the staff communicated well and resolved the issues throughly. Thank you!

Quick, friendly, and correct Maintenance came the day after I mentioned issues I’ve noticed in the apartment. The problems were fixed while I was out and a note was left by maintenance stating what they worked on. The note was very much appreciated so we knew that they came and our request was completed. 10/10, thank you for the help.
