Terri I had to have my toilet fixed and doorwall handle and each time Terri came and was very pleasant and efficient...He's definitely an asset to Eastwood Village ????

Lock still not working correctly This is the second time we have had a maintenance person try and fix the balcony lock. While we are not home, they will “fix” the lock and get it to lock fully. When we get home to test it out and unlock it, it won’t lock/unlock properly again no matter what is done to try and get it to work properly. It seems like it is an alignment issue with the door and lock. Until that is fixed, it won’t lock correctly.

Not clean or organized The entire process to move us in was rushed. They allowed us two extra days, only to find out the entire unit wasn't even cleaned upon arriving. It still had food and debris left over from the previous tenant. The bathroom was disgusting! They tried to remedy with a laundry card, but failed to provide it. Honestly, kicking myself for even considering this place right now.
