Great place to live We are senior citizens, having downsized by selling our home. I haven’t lived in an apt. for many years. I was very skeptical to whether or not, I would enjoy apartment living again. We love Prentiss Pointe.. We’ve been here almost one year. So far, we have great neighbors who are very quiet. We’ve had a great experience with our maintenance team here. We enjoy having covered parking, and living where the grounds are always kept clean and beautiful. The apartments here... are large. Having two large bedrooms with two full baths has been
a plus. If you are looking for a safe area to call home with close access to Metro Beach Park, I would highly recommend Prentiss Pointe.
