Air conditioning out The air was not blowing col air and I needed a new toilet seat. David cams and fixed both within an hour. Good job and very friendly

Air I put in the order around 6 in the morning 9:30 my air was up and running cooling my unit down two thumbs up for the maintenance team.

Maintenance I would love to give a better review but I had a service request in for an entire month before someone came out and they only came quicker because i had to put in another request. Everything was fixed but I wish it could’ve been done more timely and professionally. I work long hours so it’s hard to coordinate a good time i was told they would come on my off day so i made SURE i was home and still nobody came for another week. I had to play phone tag for over a week and even went in... person to try to get help and i was dismissed.

Waiting a month for a service request and dealing with missed appointments and unclear communication is frustrating, especially when you made time in your schedule to be home.
