Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will be considered negligent damage. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding occupancy, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
