would strongly advise anyone to avoid renting here. This was easily the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance and customer service were beyond unacceptable — completely unresponsive when it actually mattered.

We were forced to live in the apartment while sewage was backing up and spreading throughout the unit. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, management told us to “find a friend to stay with.” That alone should tell you everything you need to know... about how tenants are treated.

It wasn’t until we threatened to contact the health department that they finally acted — and even then, it was the bare minimum. They moved us into a temporary place, only to abruptly kick us out shortly after because they had new tenants coming in. No regard for our situation, safety, or basic decency.

This place shows zero accountability and no concern for the well-being of its residents. Save yourself the stress, time, and health risks — rent somewhere else. Read More

The management is very rude and doesnot even listen to what resident is trying to say. They are very good till you sign the lease later on you are just dumped

It's a pleasant experience to live here. The grounds are beautiful. I love the layout of my apartment. Maintenance is quick and friendly, which is important to me.

Apartment complex, amenities and location are phenomenal, but the rude leasing staff is going to drive everyone away.
