Great move in experience

my move-in process was super easy! The application process was super smooth. Jesica from the front office helped me with so much, was so accommodating and worked with me to get the carpet cleaned before I moved in!! I’m super excited to live here. everyone that works in the front office has been extremely nice and helpful!

Dry machine

Unfortunately, the dryer machines are still not working properly. I have contacted the management several times, and maintenance has come multiple times, but the same issue continues. The clothes still do not dry well, which is very frustrating for residents. I hope this issue can finally be fixed permanently.

Noisy neighbors and an unresponsive leasing office

The neighbor plays the loud music every night but the office never resolves it since they need to test the level of noise during the working time. But they don't play it during the daytime. I cannot withstand the noise and have to move out. In that case, the apartment still charged the early termination fee.
