Helpful Agent/Non-functional Appliances My leasing agent was very helpful. However, I discovered half the appliances didn't work. It turned out the gas hadn't been hooked up to the stove, the water hadn't been hooked up to the washing machine, and the garage disposal made a terrible sound when I turned it on. Maintenance came quickly and were very respectful. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the washing machine and the disposal which led to water leaking all over the kitchen floor and... then inside the kitchen cabinet. They came back promptly and repaired the washer and replaced the disposal. My toilet was also leaking which had to be repaired.
I have no complaints about the maintenance. However, making sure appliances are hooked up, and inspected to ensure they are in good working order should be part of a standard property management process that is double checked before a tenant moves in. I was even told the apartment was ready early, so they had ample time to complete these tasks. This part of the move-in process was very disappointing.

Clara, we're glad your leasing agent made such a strong first impression, and genuinely sorry that so many appliances weren't properly hooked up and inspected before you moved in. You're right that catching things like the gas line, the washer... connection, and the disposal should happen well before move-in day, especially when the unit was marked ready early. We're glad maintenance was responsive once these came up, and we'll make sure this feedback about the move-in process gets passed along.

New air conditioner The maintenance was very quick in responding and installing the new air conditioner for my unit. Especially, after the old one broke down right before the heat wave. I really appreciate the excellent service.

Trappers Cove Trail Apts Excellent maintenance service and staff. Beautiful maintained grounds. Great place for pets and people. Highly recommend.
