Shower wouldn't shut off at 10:30pm Had to call maintenance pretty late 10:30pm to come fix my shower as it wouldn't shut off, took him 30 mins very quick turn around which was very appreciative and he was very nice

Excellent Service I have lived at Trapper’s Cove for eight years now and every single time I call for Maintenance they are there and they do an exceptional job. I am very happy with my bathroom with my new blinds with everything that they have come to replace or repair. They have done an excellent job. !

GREAT MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT When my wife and I had any issues or problems. The maintenance department was there very quickly. The maintenance department is always treated us with total respect, very very polite and explained to us what they were taking care of. Trappers Cove should be very proud of their maintenance team because my wife and I are, they are always there when we needed them.

On top of EVERYTHING Maintenance has never taken more than a day or two for any of my issues. They even came out TWICE in the middle of the night when there was water damage in our apartment, caused by debris in the AC drain lines. They not only cleared them out quickly to stop the issue, but patched the drywall almost immediately and even gave us advice on cleaning to prevent any mold in the carpets. This is consistent with everything, from thermostat batteries to bathtub snaking. They get it... done quickly, courteously, and correctly, every time! Give these people a raise!

Stuck in the snow on Christmas eve A few years ago my little Kia got stuck in the snow on Christmas Eve in the morning on my way to work. Maintenence saw me stuck at a stop sign and dug my car out. No questions asked. I don't think that's actually their job, but I was super greatful. I think about it once in awhile and make sure to go out of my way to help others when I can because of acts of kindness like that, that have happened to me.
