I've really enjoyed living here. The property is well maintained, and the outdoor areas are always kept clean and looking nice. The building I live in has respectful and friendly neighbors, which makes it a comfortable place to call home.
One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience of the location. It's close to stores and other everyday essentials, making errands quick and easy.
Maintenance has also been great. If I ever need something looked at, I simply submit a request through the... resident app, and the process is easy and straightforward. The apartment layout is spacious, there is lots of hot water available, the appliances work well, and it was mostly clean on move-in. However, some of the construction is iffy (uneven floor boards, loose faucet in kitchen, one cabinet doesn’t close fully without excess force), you can hear everytime your upstairs neighbor takes a singular step, and maintence is slow. One of our closet doors was broken on move-in and we’ve been waiting over two weeks for someone to fix it (wouldn’t be surprised... if we have to fix it ourselves out-of-pocket), and I had to search directly for somebody on the maintence team to fix the smoke detector of the then-empty apartment above us, because we could hear every single beep constantly throughout the day and night. It had been three days since we filled out an online maintence request and it was driving me crazy. The fire alarm system test went off 4 hours later than the time we were told. Read More

This is the nicest most amazing home I’ve ever had, and the nicest apartment I have ever seen. Ran by such good people. Friendly, kind, helpful, supportive, and understanding. They are so honest and forthcoming. The management makes this place feel even more like home. The appliances are top tier.
If needed (which is very rare), maintenance is fast with great communication. The office is on top of the happenings and so transparent.

Let’s not even get started on the amenities!
Absolutely... spectacular. Everything you could want in a home and more.
Nothings ever broke here and if it is it is very quickly and clearly communicated to all residents.
